Basic Poison vial

A creature that takes piercing or slashing damage from a weapon coated with the poison is exposed to its effects. A creature must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 poison damage. Once applied, the poison retains potency for 1 minute before drying.
